I am 35 years old and have 3 boys that I love very much. I am happy to be a mom and take care of my boys, but I had started to feel like I needed to do something for myself. I had love handles that I could not get rid of no matter how hard I tried. I had been working out at the gym for a year, as well as watching my diet but nothing seemed to work.
I finally went to the computer to look up the procedure called liposuction. In my research I was able to find a plastic surgeon in Fresno, California. I made my first consultation where I got my questions and concerns answered in a way that made me feel good about the procedure and comfortable with my decision.
A month after having the procedure, I feel amazing!!! My sons even say, “You look great, Mom!”

While I was at the gym I heard several women talking about how they still have there baby fat, they can not get rid of it.  They were talking how they have cut out all the junk food and they drink water and still can not get rid of that baby fat. I went over there and I said that I felt the same way.
So I told them that I found this plastic surgeon on the internet in Philadelphia,PA he specializes in this kind of procedures. The procedure is liposuction. I was able to get my first appointment and have my question answered. I also was able to before and after pictures of his work.
Then they went to have the liposuction done before it was summer. Now they can wear  there swimming suit and not feel embarrassed while they are on the beach.        

I have been heavy as long as i can remember. Last year I decided to have a Gastric Bypass surgery.  I lost a incredible 80 lbs in just over a year. I look completely different. I was so amazed I could not stop telling my friend that I lost the weight.

Though the basics of liposuction remain the same, there are different techniques that can be used during liposuction. “Tumescent Liposuction” During this technique the plastic surgeon will inject a medicated solution into the fatty areas before the fat is removed. The solution is a mixture of intravenous salt water, a local anesthetic (lidocaine) and a drug that contracts the blood vessels (epinephrine). This fluid injection helps the fat to be removed more easily, reduces blood loss and bruising after surgery, and provides anesthesia during and after the surgery. The amount of fluid injected varies and depends on the preference of the surgeon. “Ultrasound-Assisted Lipoplasty (UAL) This technique requires the use of a special cannula that produces ultrasonic energy. As the ultrasonic energy passes through the areas of fat it causes the fat cells to liquefy. The fat is then removed with the traditional liposuction technique. Because the fat is liquid at the time that it is removed, UAL is smoother and mechanically more efficient.
